This begs the question – should you tell your sales recruiter about other job offers?
Many people are surprised to hear the answer. Yes, you should tell your recruiter. Why? There are many reasons.
You agreed to work with the recruiter, and they have agreed to put in the time and effort to help you find a job. You have a business relationship. Part of this business relationship is to trust and respect one another. You wouldn’t want your recruiter to be shady and withhold information from you, right?

It also shows that you respect the sales recruiter’s time and effort. Even though you have another offer, it doesn’t mean it’s the one you want to take. It could also be used as a bargaining chip to light a fire under your recruiter to find you something better.
