Our client is a high-growth software company providing on-line digital imaging and customization tools to companies all around the world.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Vice President of Sales and Business Development will be responsible for the overall management of the Company’s new and recurring sales growth. As a member of the executive team you will develop the company’s sales strategy, manage and grow the sales force and build long-term relationships with our local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Work closely with the Managing Director and leadership team to establish the strategy, goals and actions necessary to achieve aggressive growth targets
•    Develop strategies and tactics for increasing market share within existing accounts and markets, while expanding into new selected verticals
•    Develop and implement annual business plans and manage to monthly, quarterly and annual expense and revenue forecasts
•    Build and manage a high performance business development team
•    Build the sales infrastructure to enable the company to rapidly scale while providing an exceptional experience for customers
•    Inspire the sales team to work in unison toward a shared vision
•    Define and oversee incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
•    Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
•    Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
•    Local and international travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners, to develop key relationships and to participate in Trade Show activities
•    Compile information and  data related to customer and prospect interactions
•    Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
•    Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful channel and partner programs
•    Collaborate with other strategic resources to develop print, digital marketing and social media plans and campaigns and further develop the company’s lead generation programs 
•    Provide leadership to the sales organization in a manner that ensures exceptional service to all stakeholders and that produces market differentiation and competitive advantage
•    Coordinate with technical team to develop and commercialize solutions through software as a service (SaaS) that will enhance our overall value proposition with end-users and channel partners
•    Collaborate with strategic partners and customers to research market needs and identify possible new product solutions
