Job Description

As a User Success Representative you will be primarily responsible for converting incoming sales leads through live chat and phone calls. The position is all about selling and aiding people into signing up for an advertising campaign. There is no cold calling here – just warm leads to work from! This position will be compensated through competitive salary and commissions. Here is a breakdown of the specifics of the role and requirements to be considered for the position:

Responsibilities

  • Nurture all incoming new business leads through live chat, contact forms, phone calls and emails.
  • Close new business and grow your sales pipeline.
  • Maintain a steady stream of pro-active communication with key users.
  • Create a personalized approach to getting to know your users. This may include e-mails and scheduled phone calls.
  • Collect, organize and store pertinent client information into a CRM system (Zendesk Sell).
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) with users.
  • Perform monthly phone meetings with users to discuss online marketing campaigns performance.

Requirements

  • Degree from a top school (BA, BSc)
  • 2+ years of experience in sales – tech/ad sales a bonus
  • 1+ years managing accounts for an advertising or marketing agency
  • Highly creative and an out of the box thinker.
  • Ability to come up with concepts for Facebook and Instagram Ads for users.
  • A strong understanding of the paid social media landscape
  • Can think strategically and is able to analyze data and identify & implement recommendations
  • Experience with online systems such as Zendesk Support/Sell/Chat, Slack, G-suite
  • Highly organized and process driven
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • A high standard of written English
  • Effective collaborator yet excels at working independently
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to constantly changing business objectives
  • Strong desire for continuous learning and self-development
  • Sense of humour and ability to have FUN!
