Outside Sales Representative – Hamilton

Our client, a national Waste & Recycling solutions provider is searching for an accomplished Outside Sales Representative in Hamilton to generate new business and grow existing accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
•  Meet and exceed activity and revenue goals
•  Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
•  Manage prospects, sales pipeline and key CRM info
•  Match services with customer needs 
•  Use in-depth industry knowledge, prepare complex proposals and make consultative recommendations
•  Propose solutions that are compliant with appropriate local, state and federal regulations

Qualifications:
•  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
•  2-5 years of direct business-to-business sales experience, cold calling, success in generating customer interest and appointments
