Are you ready to contribute your expertise to a mission-driven organization undergoing transformation?
We are seeking a Manager, Total Compensation to lead the development of compensation and job description architecture while supporting the implementation of a new HRIS. This one-year contract role offers a unique opportunity to shape processes and drive change within a not-for-profit environment.
What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain salary structures, job evaluations, and market analyses.
  • Support the implementation of the Job Family methodology, creating clear career path structures.
  • Guide organizational change, balancing new processes with legacy systems and mindsets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide mentorship to team members and foster relationship-building across the organization.

What You Bring:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll, including 2+ years in management.
  • Proven ability to build and implement compensation structures and drive process improvements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to navigate resistance to change and build lasting relationships.
  • Certifications like CCP or CEBS are a plus but not required.
