What You’ll Do: 

• Recruit Top Talent: 
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, with a focus on building a world-class sales team. 
• Develop a robust talent pipeline through strategic partnerships, networking, and innovative sourcing strategies. 
• Position the company as an employer of choice with creative employer branding initiatives. 
• Drive Learning & Development: 
• Design and launch onboarding and training programs that inspire and empower employees. 
• Collaborate with leaders to address skill gaps and create tailored learning solutions. 
• Foster a culture of continuous learning with workshops, certifications, and mentorship programs. 
• Elevate HR Excellence: 
• Oversee performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations. 
• Help to implement an HRIS system and develop a seamless onboarding experience. 
• Champion employee engagement, retention, and culture-building in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• 5+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience with at least 2 years in leadership. 
• Proven success in building high-performing teams and leading impactful learning programs. 
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 
• Exposure to Labour Relations
