We are looking for a creative, motivated and deeply curious individual to join our dynamic Sales team. Our dream Enterprise Account Executive loves a dynamic mix of driving new revenue opportunities, thinking strategically about territory growth and leading a consultative sales process by speaking the language of Hospital CIOs, Directors of Diagnostic Imaging and IT teams.

Enterprise Account Executives are key members of our Sales team and are responsible for developing strategic relationships with large health systems, community hospitals & outpatient imaging operators with the goal of closing new business. You’ll be supported by a dedicated Marketing function, including BDRs & Sales Enablement, who will work closely with you to build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and accelerate opportunities through the sales cycle.

About The Role

This is a full-time, work-from-home position with occasional requirements for travel to client sites. 

  • Managing the sales process from discovery to close, including qualifying new opportunities, building consensus among multiple stakeholders, creating tailored proposals, and closing sales within large imaging center groups, hospitals and health systems.

  • Building strong relationships with technical stakeholders and execs.

  • Presenting tailored demos of PocketHealth to executives of prospective customers, both virtually (90%) and in-person (10%).

  • Working with prospective customers to understand their existing technology systems (EMR, PACS, etc.) and image exchange processes in detail.

  • Building customized proposals for enterprise clients, including how PocketHealth would fit within their existing technology systems & image exchange workflows and the impact we would make for their staff & patients.

  • Thinking strategically about your territory growth strategy, and working with senior management on how to leverage the network effects of our image sharing product to generate new business around existing clients.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with a demonstrated passion for helping others and who is excited by the potential for technology to create change in our healthcare system. We have high expectations of the successful candidate, and expect them to demonstrate the following key requirements: 

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and accelerate strategic relationships at enterprise level

  • Experience owning a territory and driving new sales growth in that territory

  • Ability to run a strategic sales process with senior decision-makers & multiple stakeholders

  • Demonstrated experience working through longer sales cycles with frequent touch points and updates

  • Experience using Salesforce and other sales performance and productivity software to track pipeline progression and contacts within an account

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders through the sales process

  • 4-6 years experience in a full cycle sales role

  • Demonstrated ability to create urgency in what you sell and how you sell it

  • Experience working in a high growth startup environment where go to market strategy and sales process were still being developed

  • Experience with experimentation – using a test and learn approach

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success

  • Experience working in tech, specifically in the SaaS space

  • Experience working in healthcare a nice-to-have
