Our client is in the building supplies industry and they are looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing
 
Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a team of 10 sales people.  Coach and develop
• Build, execute and manage annual business and marketing plans
• Implement a structured sales process, fostering high performance culture
• Develop a strategic sales plan and lead a dynamic sales team

Qualifications:

• 10+ years leadership experience in industrial distribution/building supplies
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent sales experience in above industries.  MBA is an asset
• Has good business acumen, negotiation skills, team focused, leadership, and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Knows Microsoft systems
