Our client, an international Workforce Management Solutions provider is searching for a Business Development Manager – Orlando to help with their continued expansion across the North American Healthcare industry.

The ideal candidates is a tenacious hunter that has the chops and smarts to build a new market from scratch.

You will have the opportunity to fast track into a Regional Sales Leadership role.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and opportunities through outbound, strategic & targeted prospecting into public and private hospitals, community healthcare and homecare organizations  
  • Develop a pipeline of new opportunities and achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
  • Apply consultative selling skills to develop attractive value propositions for large, complex opportunities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of demonstrable, over quota sales experience within the Software or HealthTech space
  • Successful track record in consultative sales
  • Ability to sell to senior level decision makers
  • Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting through to closing
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills
